This name of this section is "Throwback Performances". Today I`m posting an OLD Monica performance, it was around the time when she first came out. The song is Before You Walk Out My Life and it`s off of her first studio album Miss Thang. The performance was dope! Those pipes on 15 year old? I miss the old Monica.

Check out the latest video from Keyshia Cole & Monica, this is "Trust" the 3rd single off Keyshia Cole's latest album "A Different Me".

I really didn't enjoy "A Different Me", I thought it was her worst album so far, but "Trust" was a song that really stood out to me, I'm happy they made it a a single. Since Mariah & Whitney's "When You Believe" and Brandy and Monica's "The Boy is Mine", we rarely get to see big r&b divas duet, so I hope this one goes far.

Ciara and Friends Celebrate The Release of "Fantasy Ride"

Ciara had a party last night for the upcoming release of her 3rd studio album "Fantasy Ride", guest included Monica, Yung Jeezy, Jazzy Pha and more.

Her album "Fantasy Ride" gets its official release next week tuesday (May 5th), I got a chance to listen to the album a couple of days ago and I must say, I was pleasantly shocked on how great it was, "club banger and after another" is what ill use to describe it, you'll dance till you drop. definitely worth picking up.

F&F Mini Round-up:Keyshia Cole New Single "Trust" //PCD Pro7 Ad//Christina Aguilera Jewelry Ad//Britney is Loosing it!

Check out this ad The Pussycat Dolls did for "Pro7" (German TV Station). The ad features "Taking Over The World" a song from their "Doll Domination" album but in the chorus replaces "Taking Over The World" with "We Love To Entertain You", The Networks Slogan. I love it, the clip looks amazing, very reminiscent of Danity Kane's "Damaged" video, but on a higher budget, all the same, still hot.


It was confirmed yesterday via her Myspace page that, "Trust" the duet with Monica, will be the third single off Keyshia Cole's latest album "A Different Me". I'll "A Different Me" a -1 out of 10, the album was terrible, I didn't enjoy it one bit, but "Trust" was one of the better songs on the record. So this is good.
