Ray J Proposed to Whitney

Mediatakeout are reporting that RayJ popped the question to his sugar momma Whitney Housten.

According to Ray J's insider, Ray popped the question to Whitney during a recent phone call. The insider told MediTakeOut.com, "[Whitney] thought it was a joke at first, but [Ray J's] dead serious ... She told him that she'd think about it."

How ridiculous is that? Then again Nick Cannon just did it. But wait a minute, by phone. How tacky is that... I dont think she'll marry him, He's like her little play thing for the time being. Dont you think so?
