Hate J Lo and dislike Bey (both so overexposed and need to go away for a loooong while), but this goes to J Lo . It's TOO much on the sparkly dresses so by default, Leona and Bey lose this one

I think it's a tie between JLo & Beyonce, but IF I had to choose, I'd pick JLo. The belt with the leather pants looks chic.
