Who Owned it::Rihanna vs Kelly Rowland

Rihanna first wore this fuschia and black embroidered Marc Bowers Spring 2007 gown to the 2007 Barbados Music Awards last January

And Kelly Rowland recently wore the same gown whilst performing in South Africa for the Positive Rocks Concert.
