Letoya Luckett is gearing teh release of her 2nd studio album "Lady love" next month, August 25th (Yes, still thesame date as Mariah Carey's "Memiors of an imperfect Angel). The track is titled "Regret" and features Ludacris, listen in full below:

Is it me or does this sound very similar to Kelly Rowland's "Ghetto"? I like the layback sexy vocals, the song is said to be considered strongly for 3rd single off her upcoming album "Lady Love" (Aug 25th).
