Who Owned it::Rihanna vs Dawn Richard

Rihanna was first spotted at a party in New York City on July 30th, wearing this sheer black tank top and a Herve Leger skirt. Then yesterday during MTV's TRL show, Danity Kane star, Dawn Richard was also sporting the exact same look.
