Ciara recently spent time with one of her biggest fans through the Make A Wish Foundation . They posed for photos, and even taught each other some dance moves. Big ups to CiCi for brightening this little angels life. Her album is due out at the end of the year, and her video, "Go Girl" is doing decent on the video dance charts.
