Who Owned It: Beyonce Vs. Ciara [Round 3]
Beyonce and Ciara have the same eye for Fashion, because they have been spotted on numerous ocassions rocking similiar outfits. This time they wore thesame gold embellished tunic dress by Nicole Miller. Beyonce was the first to wear this back in December last year when she performed "If I were a Boy" Live on X Factor Finals, Ciara wore the same dress at a recent photo session with Giant Magazine.
