Wow: Jay-Z v. The Paps? [Updated]

Looks like Jay-Z and Beyoncé's bodyguard had a little run-in with the paps. While on vacation in Croatia, Jay-Z and wife Beyoncé attempted to enjoy a private evening, but of course the paparazzi was there. Not sure as to what happened, but it ended with Jay-Z giving the finger and Bey's bodyguard pitching a tripod from the boat. Damn. Thoughts?
P.S. Bey looks great in that dress! Is that Herve Leger?
