Bruno Mars Arrested for Cocaine Possession

After performing at the Hard Rock Hotel Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday (Sept. 18), singer-songwriter Bruno Mars (born Gene Hernandez)was arrested early Sunday morning on suspicion of cocaine possession.

According to a report from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, Mars (real name: Peter Hernandez) was arrested at approximately 1:50 A.M. after hotel security discovered the singer with narcotics and detained him. Mars was found with 2.6 grams of "white powdery substance" believed to be cocaine. He was released at 7:45 A.M. on Sunday after being taken to an area detention center.-Source

Mess: Soulja Boy ARESTED For Running From Cops

On Wednesday night, Soulja Boy was arrested in Georgia after authorities say he ran from a police officer.



According to a police spokesperson, an officer went to check out what was believed to be an abandoned house in the Henry County area, after he was told there were a bunch of people hanging out in the backyard.

Cops say when the officer rolled up to the home, he saw some women walking towards the yard and asked them to stop — but when they didn’t, he followed them into the yard.

The officer says when he walked inside, he saw roughly 40 people in the yard — and when they saw the cop, half of the people immediately booked it out of the home, including Soulja Boy.

The people who stayed in the party claimed they were at the house for a “music video shoot.”

The cop says Soulja eventually returned to the home to retrieve his Range Rover — and that’s when he was arrested for obstruction of justice … a misdemeanor.

America's Next Top Model star (Cycle 5), Brittany "Bre" Scullark was arrested in NYC yesterday for disorderly conduct.

A NYC Starbucks became a crime scene after Bre tried to take a woman’s laptop saying that it didn’t belong to her. According to sources Bre stormed into the Starbucks and got into a verbal altercation with the woman stating the laptop belonged to her relative. After a scene was caused the owner of the Starbucks called the cops who arrested Bre. Bre was summoned to go to court on a later date.

News: MJ's Death Ruled Homicide

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A law enforcement official tells The Associated Press that the Los Angeles County coroner has ruled Michael Jackson's death a homicide. The finding makes it more likely criminal charges will be filed against the doctor who was with the pop star when he died. The official says the coroner determined a fatal combination of drugs was given to Jackson hours before he died in his rented Los Angeles mansion on June 25. The official spoke on condition of anonymity because the findings have not been publicly released. Forensic tests found the powerful anesthetic propofol in Jackson's system along with two sedatives, the official says. Dr. Conrad Murray, Jackson's personal physician, is the target of a manslaughter probe headed by Los Angeles police.

Looks like Jay-Z and Beyoncé's bodyguard had a little run-in with the paps. While on vacation in Croatia, Jay-Z and wife Beyoncé attempted to enjoy a private evening, but of course the paparazzi was there. Not sure as to what happened, but it ended with Jay-Z giving the finger and Bey's bodyguard pitching a tripod from the boat. Damn. Thoughts?

Incident: Rapper Drake Falls Down

A little late, but last night in New Jersey singer/rapper/actor Aubrey "Drake" Graham fell down during his set. He's currently on Lil' Waynes "America's Most Wanted" tour. I DON'T think it`s funny at all. If you watched the BET Awards a few weeks back, you should have noticed that he was seated on a stool for his entire performance. Reason being, he tore his ACL prior to the show. He underwent rehabilitation and attempted to perform last night and it ended in failure. According to labelmate "Lil' Twist" Drake is recovering from last night's incident very well. Thoughts?

Michael suffered a cardiac arrest earlier this afternoon at his Holmby Hills home and paramedics were unable to revive him. We're told when paramedics arrived Jackson had no pulse and they never got a pulse back.

A source tells us Jackson was dead when paramedics arrived. Once at the hospital, the staff tried to resuscitate him but he was completely unresponsive. We're told one of the staff members at Jackson's home called 911.

LaToya ran in the hospital sobbing after Jackson was pronounced dead.

Aubrey O'Day is holding up fine after being robbed Wednesday while walking in Los Angeles.

She twitted "Someone ran behind me and stole everything I was holding" — including an expensive dress by designer Zac Posen. As a result, she completed her shoot with a dress provided by the network.. Ginger (Her Dog) was unharmed and she was with her make-up artist

FreshandFab: 2000th Post! // Diddy Gets Attacked on Twitter.

Okay, okay... I as well as Adrian would like to say thank you to all of you've who has been down with FreshandFab since it launched. I haven't been here since the get go but I'm happy to say I'm apart of the team. If you haven't noticed by the title this is our 2000th post, and we hope to see you around for the next 2,000! So yesterday while I was on twitter doing what I do best, I noticed a few of the people I follow were posting #unfollowdiddy a lot. I didn't get why, but eventually I went to search bar and it was all over the place. Apparently Diddy's cockiness is rubbing off via Twitter, and his "fans" are sick of it! He hit a million followers yesterday and that's when it started. He simply addressed them as haters? I address them as fans who are sick of his shit.. Tempers Flare on "Making The Band"

It all kicked off on yesterdays episode of "Making The Band". Que and Brian from Day26 almost got into a fist fight, which saw both of them being physically retrained.

Poor Que, Brian would have ripped him to pieces, but I'm happy he stood his ground, he had a "I know you'll hurt me, but I'm not gonna go down without a good fight" attitude, which is always good. But I can just imagine this whole thing being scripted, its great publicity isn't it, the album is due out in a couple of weeks (April 14th), so why the hell not.

News: Oprah Weighs in on Chris Brown & Rihanna

Oprah, the talk show diva, along with her friends Gayle King, Tyler Perry and others. weighed in on the situation. What they said was very true, "If he hits you once, he WILL hit you again." Hopefully Rihanna learns from this, and doesn't go back like the major sources reported she has. I'm really getting sick of this whole thing though.

So why, you ask, was Chris Brown booked for making criminal threats rather than domestic abuse, given the victim — we’re told Rihanna — had “visible injuries”? Law enforcement sources tell us they typically book a suspect for the most serious crime they can be charged with — it’s then up to the D.A. to file any additional charges. Given there were allegedly visible injuries, the crime of making criminal threats is punishable by up to nine years in prison. Domestic abuse is four years.

We also learned that Chris may be charged with use of a lethal weapon, reason being he's trained in Martial Arts and by law, his hands are considered a lethal weapon, and he's not to fight outside of battle. (AutumnJones)

To add on witness reported that Rihanna was rather hysterical quoted, "Yelling and Screaming" in the hospital.

It was some time after 12PM PST [Sunday] and I had been waiting in the ER department corridor when Rihanna was brought through the back entrance on a gurney, flanked by two LAPD officers…they took her into room 14 which was opposite me. It had a six-foot glass door but the nurses drew a privacy curtain around it. I knew the person was famous because of all the attention she was being given by security and medical staff. However, they didn’t draw the curtain all the time and I was finally able to make out that the woman they had brought in was Rihanna. She was lying in bed. Rihanna was clearly very upset by what had happened and I could hear her screaming. Rihanna was trying to get her point across about something, [and] she sounded like she was crying. Her staff was also very shaken by what had happened. Later on I saw one of the assistants crying into the shoulder of the security guard. I left at 4pm, happy to get out of the place, something terrible had clearly happened to Rihanna.

They were in the car leaving the Clive Davis party. While Chris was driving, he got a phone call from a young lady. Our source tells us that Rihanna knew that Chris had been messing around with this particular girl and she has, as of late, been the reason for many of their heated arguments. Rihanna got a glimpse of the phone, saw the name and number and immediately recognized who it was. She went ballistic and began to “beat the sh*t” out of Chris (while driving). She was so uncontrollable, that Chris began to fight back in self defense, which ensued the fight. Rihanna’s rage stemmed from Chris’ questionable fidelity in the last few months.

Chris' Music Banned From Radios

To add more to the drama, Chris has been banned from Radio's in Cleveland, OH. Now this is tad bit too far, alongside from Cleveland, stations in Virginia are holding online polls rather to ban his music or not. There's also more in depth details to the injuries Rihanna suffered, which will be posted later once I organize this post. She's been released and flown to Barbados while Chris and his team are still in LA. We're waiting from the official press releases, they'll be posted once they hit the web.

News: The Latest on Chris Brown's Felony Charges. The victim WAS Rihanna. [UPDATED]

So late last night, Chris turned himself into the LAPD where he was held arrested and booked for 1 Count(s) of Domestic Abuse which is a Felony. His bail was posted at $50,000.00 he paid it, was released and a court date has been issued. The LAPD confirmed that the victim was not some "female friend" it was actually his girlfriend Rihanna. Chris Brown was JUST RELEASED from the police station at 8:45 pm PT. He was let go on $50,000 bail and was accompanied by his attorney Mark Geragos. Despite our earlier report that Chris Brown had been released from the Wilshire Division of the LAPD, it appears R&B star Chris Brown was still in custody as an investigation is ongoing in allegations of domestic violence felony battery stemming from an incident early this morning. Just after midnight today, an unnamed woman called 911, after she and Brown fought in their car and then on the side of the road in the Hancock Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. Booking reports from the LAPD show Brown was booked at 6:30 PM and sources say he is actually still in custody.

There's so many major outlets reporting on this incident, most of them seem neutral as they all have similar stories and reports. I really really hope that all is well with Rihanna. Do you guys believe that this is the end of Chris' career? I really wanna know what led him this far. I remember of him speaking of how he would never hit a female, because he lived through his mom being beaten by his father.

Confirmation that the victim is Rihanna:

The LAPD just named Rihanna the victim in the Chris Brown assault case. The couple was seen getting into a car together late last night. They got into an argument on North June Street, according to a Los Angeles Police Department statement. Chris Brown stopped the car, the two got out, and the argument escalated, according to police. A witness called 911 and Chris left the scene before LAPD arrived. Brown turned himself into the Sheriffs Department at 6:30PM EST accompanied by his attorney Mark Geragos and Geragos’ investigator, Scott Ross. He is currently being held on $50,000 bail. “He turned himself in around 7 p.m. to one of our stations and is being interviewed by detectives now,” Officer Karen Smith confirmed to People. The pair drove into a parking lot behind the police station on Venice Boulevard just east of La Brea Avenue in a black Cadillac Escalade. They entered through a back door where a posted sign read “authorized personnel only.” Police are expected to release a statement later this evening. Both Brown and Rihanna canceled their performances at tonight’s Grammy Awards. According to the Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department, Chris made bail and was released at 8:35PM. He is due in court on March 5.

Seems like there was a little trouble before the Grammy awards took place (Los Angeles, CA, USA). Apparently, Chris Brown and Rihanna had a domestic dispute which ended with both of them being absent at this years award ceremony and Rihanna being hospitalized. Here's what with down according to People.com

Chris Brown is under investigation for alleged domestic violence felony battery, the LAPD confirms to PEOPLE.

“The identity of the victim will not be released,” said Officer April Harding. “Any victim who’s involved in a domestic violence incident is entitled to confidentiality.” Around 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, the R&B singer and a woman were in a vehicle in L.A. when they became involved in an argument, according to a police statement. After stopping his car, Brown and the woman got out and the argument escalated. The woman suffered visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker, according to police. The LAPD received a 911 call reporting the disturbance. “If police locate Brown, yes, he’s subject to arrest,” Officer Harding added. When officers arrived they found the victim, but Brown had already left the scene, the statement reads. The LAPD is conducting an investigation into the incident. Earlier Saturday night Brown and girlfriend Rihanna were at the Recording Academy and Clive Davis’s Pre-Grammy Gala in Beverly Hills. When asked about Rihanna’s well being, her rep told PEOPLE, “Rihanna is well. Thank you for concern and support.”

Not quite sure what to make of this, I don't like her, but I want this to be untrue for some reason. This is going to take a toll on Chris' career and damn sure messed up the beginning of the awards ceremony.

TMZ can confirm that Chris Brown just entered an LAPD station. Chris is being investigated by the LAPD for an alleged domestic violence felony battery that occurred early this morning near Hancock Park in L.A. Police officials said earlier today they may arrest Brown when they found him. Well, now they know where he is. According to the female victim -- who cops refuse to identify -- she and Chris got into an argument which turned violent. Cops say when they arrived to the scene, Brown had split, but the woman had "visible injuries and identified Brown as her attacker." Brown and his girlfriend Rihanna were together earlier last night, attending Clive Davis' pre-Grammy party -- and both canceled their scheduled performances at tonight's event.
